- SFSusan Friarstoday1.0This used to be a fantastic McDonald’s. Unfortunately since the refurb, it has absolutely fallen down to the lowest of the low. The downstairs layout is abysmal. They’ve taken away so many seated areas and it has created so much more queuing and a backlog of people standing around blocking machines and entrances. The ‘manager’ seems to care more about her personal appearance than actually dealing with staff and the humongous amount of confusion between them. Unfortunately it seems they’re happy with cheap labour as several of the new staff do not speak a lick of English, meaning they’re turning around to their colleagues to translate. How utterly embarrassing. Lastly, charging some people for sauces and giving others masses for free reinforces the idea that the staff have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. As I said at the start, this was a fantastic McDonald’s. Well run with great staff. After the refurb, it is an absolute dump with mindless, clueless and self absorbed staff. Will never set foot in there again.

- WTWendy TuddenhamMay 16, 20261.0I went into Huddersfield on Friday 15 May and decided to have a McDonald's, coming from Bradford I've never used the one in Huddersfield and never will again, I went in and waited to be served staff just carried on with their work I have osteoporosis in both legs and have a stick and cannot stand for long, so in the end of being ignored walked out and went to Gregg's instead.
